All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor delivery.

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location.

International

International shipping is available. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, Lusso is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions or opened products.

Please ensure you have selected the correct product, colour, and quantity before placing your order.

If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact our team within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and supporting images.

We will review your request and, where applicable, provide a replacement or suitable resolution.

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale purchases are considered final. Lusso does not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders unless the item is deemed faulty.
